The location was good, just next door to Close to shopping malls as well as the nearby shopping areas.

our room was spacious and fairly quiet and complete with the coffee machine, high ceiling. a roll in shower, hair dryers and bath sheets were very handy. location: the hotel was short walk to the restaurant and the nearby shopping areas. it had amicable and exceptionally nice staff.

Delicious tacos, but missing ice
Dining at the hotel was a delight, with exquisite service and a fantastic dinner experience. The staff treated us like family. You have to try the tacos nearby!
We faced some disappointments . The lack of ice at the hotel was frustrating, especially in the summer heat.

I was so impressed with the spaciousness of the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds-my friends and I slept like babies! The rooftop pool is an absolute gem, offering fine views of the city, where we sipped cocktails under the stars. Plus, the location is perfect-just a 5-minute stroll to the Galerias mall for some retail therapy!
