Delicious tacos, but missing ice

Dining at the hotel was a delight, with exquisite service and a fantastic dinner experience. The staff treated us like family, making every meal memorable. You have to try the tacos nearby!

However, we faced some disappointments during our stay. The lack of ice at the hotel was frustrating, especially in the summer heat. The elevators were overly complicated, leaving us waiting for long periods.

Make sure to inquire about the business lounge access as it can be quite useful for working travelers.

Couples’ Getaway with a Twist

The best part about our stay was the rooftop pool and bar. We spent the evenings sipping drinks while enjoying an incredible view of the city and mountains.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable considering the experiences we had.

Clean room, great location, with easy access to nearby attractions like restaurants and shopping areas, while providing essential amenities like free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting stay in Monterrey with good value for cost. The air conditioning was a relief in the heat, although a bit complicated to operate. Consider bringing your own ice or snacks, as their machines weren’t working.

But, the only thing more surprising than my room view was the elevator drama—came for a stay but almost joined a rescue mission! So much for smooth sailing.

However, there was an issue with cleanliness around the pool area, as we noticed a dirty tissue, and the jacuzzi bubbles were not functional during our visit.

I was so impressed with the spaciousness of the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds—my friends and I slept like babies! The rooftop pool is an absolute gem, offering stunning views of the city, where we sipped cocktails under the stars. Plus, the location is perfect—just a 5-minute stroll to the Galerias mall for some retail therapy!
